Pricing

Pricing built to match operational workload, not arbitrary tiers.

Starting ranges give clubs clarity up front, while final scope reflects player volume, season demands, club structure, and administrative complexity.

Pricing model

Clear starting ranges first. Final scope based on how your club actually operates.

The goal is to give clubs enough clarity to assess fit without pretending every organization carries the same operational load. Pricing is built around onboarding plus a monthly retainer, then adjusted based on player volume, workflow complexity, and the level of ownership required.

Clear starting ranges so leadership can quickly assess fit
Final scope tailored to actual administrative workload
Travel, tournaments, and paperwork volume influence complexity
Additional one-off creative or special projects are scoped separately

Operational Management

For clubs with multiple teams and active seasons that need broader coordination across coaches, schedules, and seasonal workflows.

  • Scheduling and season support
  • Tryout and player movement workflows
  • Tournament and event coordination
Full Operations Ownership
$3,250+

For clubs where leadership needs consistent, high-trust ownership across complex travel, compliance, and operational workflows.

  • Player carding and compliance tracking
  • Exception handling and issue resolution
  • Director-level reporting and visibility
  • End-to-end operational oversight
What affects scope

Pricing moves with complexity, not with a generic menu of tasks.

Two clubs with the same player count can still require different levels of support. A club running rec and travel, managing tournaments, handling higher paperwork volume, or dealing with more frequent exceptions will typically need a different support level than a simpler administrative environment.

Common scope variables
  • Player volume and team count
  • Rec-only, travel-only, or mixed club structure
  • Roster movement and paperwork intensity
  • Tournament, tryout, and seasonal event coordination
  • Communication load across families and staff
  • Director and registrar involvement required day-to-day
